Cancellation Policy and Reservations

The maximum capacity of the restaurant is 10 people.

No bookings, changes or cancellations are accepted by phone or email. Only through the reservation system of our website and in accordance with the reservation policy established in the present condition.

Booking Deadlines

Reservations may be made with a maximum of three months ‘ advance notice. Opening, for that purpose, four annual periods of reservation:

  • Starting in December, bookings may be made for the months of January, February and March.
  • Starting in March, bookings may be made for the months of April, May and June.
  • From June onwards, bookings may be made for the months of July, August and September.
  • From September, bookings may be made for the months of October, November and December.

Reserve Capacity

Given the peculiarity of our space, and in order to be able to enjoy to the maximum of the experience, reservations are admitted for a maximum of 10 people but we, based on the experience of our clients, always recommend to come in groups of no more than 4 People.

Waiting List

Our online booking system allows us to consult our availability and make reservations at the moment. If the restaurant is complete at the desired dates we have a waiting list. You can add your request to the waiting list and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Formalization of the Reserve

Once the availability is verified on the indicated date and for the desired number of people, it must include the required data and formalize the payment of the amount, by means of card, corresponding to consolidate the reservation.

This amount amounts to 50€ (VAT included) per diner.

The amount paid for the guarantee of your reservation will be deducted from the total invoice, the day of your visit. must take into account the provisions for cancellations.

Modification and/or Cancellation of the Reservation

No reservation changes allowed.

In the event that you cancel the reservation, with an advance exceeding 72 hours of the day of your reservation, you will be reimbursed the total amount paid per diner. Through the corresponding credit card with which you made the payment.

Taking into account the limited capacity of our establishment, in case of not showing the day of the reservation or that the cancellation occurs, with an advance of less than 72 hours, will lose the amount paid to formalize the reservation, corresponding to the diner or Diners who are not present.

This criterion is also applied in the case of group bookings. It will be necessary to communicate with a priority more than 72 hours the variations of one or more diners, since, in case of no person or notify with a lower advance will not return the price paid nor will be discounted of the total price of the rest of the Diners who do come to enjoy our experience.
